Is there a way to attach a Photo in Trip Tracker to a Mileage claim? We would like users to attach their fuel receipt when claiming Mileage, however to Photo option does not appear under the Mileage section. The photos option only seems to appear when entering an expense claim in the ‘Receipts’ section.

As a work around we have created an Expense Code called ‘FUEL RECEIPTS’ and asked users to attach the claim using this expense code. Expense claims don’t allow 0 value lines so we ask them to enter 0.01. Allow we can default this line to non-reimbursable, it’s not ideal and could easily be avoided if we could add photos via the mileage entries.

I’m not totally sure, but have you tried adding media library to the mileage claim on the logical unit?

It should be. It's an available feature in Trip Tracker.

@anmise is correct, this is possible with Trip Tracker for Apps10. @hwilkie what are your users on?
