Hi All,

An employee who works for a company is moving to another and what is the way to carry forward the leaves remaining to the new company

Hi @Dharshankumaar Mahendran

When you create an export of the remaining absence limits, that export (possibly after some manipulations in the Excel file) might serve as an import file for the assistant Unused Absence Limit Import (this is mainly useful during a cut-over, but can also be used incidentally).

Best regards,

Martin

Hi,

Nothing more than I think you have to move it manually…

In Scandinavia we don’t use absence limits… only Time balances, and for these we need to do it manually. - After final authorization in the old company, making sure there are no future absence reports…

Regards,

Maria
