Hi,
To get access to former employees, there are two possibilities: the HR Application Manager privilege or the former employee groups. The first option is not meant for people who are supposed to view only part of the employee data. So, I guess you have to choose the second option, despite your initial remark.

You can grant someone the privilege of HR Application Manager in the window Company Access. It’s only meant for HR super users, but maybe in your case it’s suitable.

Concern from my end is if we enable that option it would be easy to view all the employee details, but we have to limit that access only to the given positions. Do you have any idea how to fulfill both the requirements?

In Apps 10 the functionality is given in “Employee Access Group”. Does IFS provide a backgroundjob that writes all former employees into the “Employee Access Group” Former Employees?
