Hiding wage code of type absence to avoid manual entry

Forum|alt.badge.img+9

Hi,

We want to force employees to use the absence request to register their absences, because some employees continue to add manually the wage code of type absence to their TS, bypassing the authorization process.

We tried to hide it, but IFS prevents it:

Does anyone has got an idea on how to proceed?

Hi Ludovic,

When you switch to the Aurena client, you will see an extra column on the page Wage Codes: Restrict Direct Reporting. When set to Yes, the user will not be able to use that wage code.

Best regards,

Martin

Thanks, that’s an interesting point. However the change is effective on Aurena only but not on App10 interface.

Anyway i guess that’s the only thing we can do. Thanks again.
