Ifs.Fnd.FndSystemException: Unexpected error while calling server method AccessPlsql/Invoke ---> ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small.

Happens when trying to view employee details under Human Resources/Employee Administration/Employees

I am using an old version of IFS Applications 7.5
