Access Denied - Payment in Full Error - Emp Payment Trans Logical Unit

While processing the payment in full post approval of employee expense, we are getting error as “Access denied. You cannot register data to the employee AOLIVIER within employee payment Trans logical unit”  

 

We have tried assigning full authorization to user for in training environment to solve this error, but unable to solve it.

What is Trans logical unit here?

Also, employee which is showing here “AOLIVIER” is not also in our payment list.

If someone can help us to understand this ticket further it would be great.

Hi,

This is caused by a lack of privileges in the access role of the person/employee linked to the user.

In the Access Attribute window you can see Employee Payment as one of the components. There you can add an attribute, if it’s not there already. Subsequently, you assign that attribute to the appropriate access role(s).
