Hello!

I am interested in knowing if it is possible to automatically join a shop floor team in IFS 10 EE when clocking in time and attendance?

Best answer by Björn Hultgren

You can set the Resume Option for a Shop Floor EMployee to Automatic Resume. If the employee was automatically clocked out from a team (with ongoing work) when clocking out the previous day, he/she will be automatically joined back to this team when clocking in next day.

Hello again,

A follow up question. Our ideal situation is that some employees that we know always will work in the same team, let’s say A and team B.

Team A ends their shift, and ends the ongoing operation for a quick daily service & mantenance. After that, they clock out and team B clocks in and a responsible person starts operation as Team B.

What we want is Teams that can be “checked in” together to an operation, ongoing or not. Is this possible?
