Unfortunately, custom objects > Grant didn’t provide the answer.
The custom menu is on the Sales Quotation Line but I cannot see to locate the area to revoke/grant this option. I only want a selection of employees to have access to this.
Please advise.

I think i’ve answered this on another thread but, if you assign the Custom Menu to a Custom Presentation Object, you can revoke access to this PO in the permission set. By default any custom menu inherits the PO on the LU you are creating it, you need to break this link by manually specifying a new PO.
