I need to get ASAP familiar with IFS Applications 10 in general and with some modules in particular, such Docman, asset management project mangement, SCM…
I would be very grateful to have any advice on how to start and be efficient ASAP.

Welcome to the IFS community page
I would recommend you to follow the f1 docs (you may go to the relevant window on the application and press F1 to get to the f1 docs page) on those modules and then read some articles inside knowledge base(which is a tab in community page). It will be the best way to start learning such modules.
