Is it possible to know the log off and log on time for users in IFSAPPS10?  We’ve researched articles and reached out to our implementation partners.  They do not believe that it is possible.  With history logging, we’re able to see user activities, but not logoff / logon times.

The objective is to know total time in the system for a given period.  We’re using this information to assist with training accountability.

Hi @CJNardozzi,

You are right that it is not possible. This I believe is mostly due to how connection pools are designed in IFS Applications. However, you might be able to do this using database audit trails if you have database authentication enabled. Please check with you DBAs if that is an option. Furthermore hope you have gone through the following thread as well, which contains an interesting discussion.

Hope this helps!
