assyst - how to enable visibility for a service for contact user

Hi All,

In asssyst, I have created a new service and it is not visible in the self service portal,  what needs to be done to make the new service visible in the self service ?

Have you made use of Contact User Query Profiles?

You need to create these and within the visibility of the offering you add the Contact User Query Profile.

You also need to be mindful of the CSG of the end user and the CSG of the Service Offering, for example if the end user or the alias user does not have visibility of the CSG of the Service Offering then this will be another reason they can now see the form in assystNET.

Hi Chris,

 

Yes, I have created a Contact User Query Profile. 

 

The issue was I have not enable visibility offering in the service designer.
