Incoming Dispatch Advices have been stuck in 'Accepted' status. I want them to proceed to Transferred state.
Could you please guess issue here?

Actually, status "Accepted" means that the message has been successfully processed with no errors.
When the background job is posted, the status is "Transferred", it is the step previous to "Accepted". If the status remains in "Released", then the messages are not being processed.
However, if you are missing the Incoming Dispatch Advices on the inbound side, then maybe the issue lies with the incoming messages.
Which status do the corresponding messages have in the Connectivity Inbox?
