Hi experts 😊,

Hoping for a resolution for the following issue.

Created a Kanban Circuit for a Part with Replenish Type: Location

Next, created a background job via Kanban Reorder Point Request;

However, the background job does not execute and gives a warning as “Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit xxx. Verify inventory exists to transport.”

Hence the transport task cannot be generated.

Waiting for your valuable insights on what would be the reason and how to resolve this issue.

Thank you 😊

Hi @Piyal Perera,

I could resolve this. The issue was that I have not done the operation of receiving inventory part to relevant inventory location.

Thank you sincerely for your time. 😊

Hi @Aravinda.Pr ,

   Please check whether you have previously created transport task to execute for your part. If exists, please execute the task if possible.

regards,

Piyal
