One specific user has problems with slow printing of order confirmation/acknowledged

Hi 

As title says, we have one user that suffers slowness when printing the oc. It can take up to 90 sec to load. 

we tried to clear the cache for both web and system (App data), removed 2.0 folder etc.
restored the profile and compared permission set for that user

any other ideas ?

we are in App10 UPD16
