Can anyone suggest me if any report is available to find out the full report for a year showing how many days it took to convert a Purchase requisition to Purchase Order from the approved date of the PR.

I guess there is no such report available in core, but simply can create a own quick report history using PR Authorization line view along with Purchase Requisition line history view.
These views provides the authorization date and the PO conversion time stamps. but this needs to be verified technically.
