How personal profile update(DB)?

what exactly do you mean with update DB?

What is your goal?

We are concern about for example after leaving IFS for long idol time,
and IFS was disconnected for some reason,
how is the personal profile update will be saved on the system?

usually the profile will be saved automatically. 

But you can also save your profile settings manually if you want. 

Click on “Options”.

usually IFS saves your settings automatically.

In addidional you can save your settings manually. If prefer you can also export your profile settings in XML as backup.

Actually, IFS doesn’t save the profile settings automatically, only if the session is properly closed.  There is no method I’m aware of except for manually saving the profile after a change to ensure that the profile is saved.  If the session has been open and idle for some time and the connection is interrupted, it is often the case that the profile changes will be lost.
