After we have updated from IFS 9 to 10.10 we have seen that some of our prints jobs are staying in status “Remote Working” As seen on the image the same report can be 4 times in status “Remote working” and is not changing status and cannot be restated. As seen on the same image the job is then printed after trying to print 4 times.
This issue is not related to a specific report and it´s not helping to restart the print server. Have anyone seen the same problem and might have a solutions for this?
