How we can map a technician under a manager or supervisor in IFS Cloud. And how the manager get the exception approval raised by the technicians reporting him?

​@nitesht normally this is handled via Crews. There you can specify who the crew leader is.

Thanks for your response, Is Person and Resource are different?

A resource is based on a person (not sure if that was the question).
