Hello everyone,

When we click on “Request Work Task - Scheduling and Allocation” in PSO, the task opens in the cloud. Unfortunately, we get the message that the page was not found:

Does anyone have any idea what the reason for this could be?

Thank you!

What is this parameter set to in your instance?

And can you check if the activity attribute TASK_SEQ is available in PSO?

Hi Anastasiya,

is this happening on all external links? If it’s only for a couple then maybe the task was deleted in IFS Cloud?

Best regards
Roman

Hi Roman,

unfortunately that is the case with all activities. When we manually search for tasks in the cloud, they are active.

Thank you,

Anastasiya

Hi Alexander,

We have checked this, the TASK_SEQ is available. However, we noticed that the URL (when we click on the link with the mouse) has one slash after main too many. But we cannot find the issue. Do you have any ideas?

Thank you!

Check the Scheduling Configuration page in IFS Cloud as per my screenshot above. I’m pretty sure the “//” comes from that parameter.

Hi Alexander,

We have checked the scheduling configuration and the value is as in your screenshot:

The Workbench URL is also correct:

Thank you!

Hi @Anastasiya Dzembak !

What’s the value of the IFS Applications URL parameter in the Scheduling configuration? Does it include a trailing slash?

Best regards
Roman

Hi Roman,

many thanks! We have found the error and now the forwarding from PSO to Cloud works.

Kind regards,

Anastasiya
