Cannot see Dataset in PSO

Hello,

I defined and activated a Dataset in Cloud, which I am able to see for example in Planning in PSO, but is however unavailable in Scheduling. The dataset is connected to the site.

In Events, I also receive some warning messages: Operation PostData failed. Result code: Unauthorized

 

Do you know what should I do in this case, in order to see the dataset in Scheduling?

Sounds like your Cloud-to-PSO configuration was not successful so that IFS Cloud cannot send data to PSO. Check out https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/030_administration/090_automation_optimization/100_scheduling_optimization/030_scheduling_optimization_configuration/031_configuration_assistant/#authentication_client_credentials

 

Also check that the technical IFS Cloud users are available in PSO:
