We found during an audit of the mm_message_out table, that all mobile users a receiving a delete for Stock_Serial_id even though that sync rule is currently setup as a Batch_Delta. After further testing we have narrowed this down to the Part_usage process. When a serialized part is used on an Install Part_Usage, it appears that the system is generating a delete message specific to this serial_id for all mobile users.
Is this something that is part of the baseline part_usage functionality? I cannot find anywhere in the sync rules or extension actions where a delete would be generated based on the part_usage record. If this is a part of baseline is there any way to configure this to only send the delete out based on an ownership query (i.e. only send to users who’s Place_for_stock was the original place of the Stock_serial_id record?
