PSO - ABE offering appointments on PRE Req activities

Using PSO version 6.8.0.21.

Looking at getting Appointment Bookings during some other testing and noticed that a slot was offered when I wasn’t expecting it.

I’ll put the example below, as it’s not liking some of the information I am adding.
