I have an issue with mwo workflows.
When I generate a work order/task from service request and then transfer to mobile the system behaves as expected and the workflow in MWO is being used.
However, when a work order/task is generated from a pm Action the work flow is being ignored. I am using the same work task template and both work orders/task are connected to the same object.
we are using ifs cloud and mwo

+23On the workflow itself there are various filters that define when a specific workflow is being used in MWO. Have you checked these, maybe there is a filter on work type? Check in MWO whether a different workflow (or none) is being used. Also if there are two or more configurations matching, only the one with the highest weight will apply.
The Source Connection option in the Workflow Configuration is what you are looking for. You will need to create multiple workflows with different Source Connections to cover these scenarios.
