Hello community.
Could we know what the status “opened” in the Request means and how the status can be reached? In 23R1 we’re seeing the status, but somehow can’t see how to reach it.

Good catch - this should not be there. Are you seeing it in the drop down when you hover over the status, or anywhere else? I will raise a defect for this.

So far it’s only visible via hover over in the Request page. So far neither the customer nor me where checking it anywhere else.
I will inform the customer that this status shouldn’t be there.

Thanks, it will be removed from 23R1 onwards.
