I am using MWO- ServiceEngApp (Mobile application of IFS) where I have configured below things but still I am stuck at certain points.

In one permission set assigned to user, I have enabled below projections

Other permissions given to the user are

security groups are added here

 

 

The issues I see:

In mobile integration, it shows error

While syncing from mobile, it shows me this

Also if I try to report time from mobile integration view of browser, it does not show any name though I can report it thru browser

    Hi anushakh, even on 22.2.3 I get the same error in Page Designer>Mobile integration (btw and just fyi, you look at the Maintenance Engineer App but should look at Service Engineer instead), however on my Android device it does work (tested without Mobile Integration records and also with an empty list). Have filed a bug for Page Designer.

    Compared your permissions with my system, what I miss in your list is the AURENA_NATIVE_RUNTIME permission set.

     

    And here is a list of all my Security Groups (though none of them sound like they are related to your JtTask error...):

    I think it’s WorkExecution. However, I’d recommend granting all of them.
