Hello everyone,

I want to take the administrator authority from the user who created the document revision.

How can I do it?

Best Regards.

@Hurremoglu when a user creates a document he becomes the responsible person of the document. And admin rights will be granted automatically. So you are not allowed to remove his admin rights. use the Change responsible command and set another user as the responsible person, then you should get following question. you can remove his access click YES. If not, Click No and then lower access level from the Access tab (edit or view access level).

---------------------------
The Responsible Person is going to be changed. Do you want to remove the old Responsible Person's access line?
[Yes]    [No]

The command Dishmi talks about can be used either by the responsible person or by someone who has been granted the DOCMAN ADMINISTRATOR system privilege via a permission set.

Got it. Thanks for the info.🙏🏻
I want to bind the command to change the responsible person to a rule. That is, to automatically make the responsible person IFSAPP every time the user uploads a document. Is there a standard function that I can use to do this?

You could do that with a custom event and custom event action. There's no standard feature to do it. Writing the code for the custom event action is left as an exercise for the reader 😀🫵🏼
