Document Transmittal process does not open an email with file attachment in Apps 10 Aurena

Hi,

One of our customers is trying to use Document Transmittal functionality and send the documents in the transmittal via E-mail. When this is tried out in IEE, it opens a new e-mail with all the documents attached, but the same is not available for Aurena. When looking for this in the community, I found the below post, and it states, this works in IFS Cloud 23R2 and above.

Do anyone of you know, whether the same solution will be made available in Apps 10 Aurena? Is there any work around for this?

Hi Chamuditha,

As per my understanding this was done as part of an enhancement for document transmittal functionality in IFS Cloud. So its highly unlikely this will be delivered to APPS10 Aurena, 

This is bit of stretched a workaround I could think is to navigate to the document revisions page and get the documents downloaded to you checkout path. but this will not applicable If the expectation is to open the email with all of the files loaded into it

Asitha is correct, this feature was not available in Aurena on Apps 10 but was added back in IFS Cloud. It will not be implemented in Aurena on Apps 10.
