We are using IFS Cloud 23R1. Does anyone know if it’s possible to send a document transmittal to a customer and have the customer acknowledge they’ve received it?

Hi,
The sending and receiving of the actual document files in the document transmittal flows have to be done manually, currently. Send and Receive are just commands to change the status of the transmittal. If you want things to be happening automatically, that's something you need to automate yourself, for now.
