IFS 8 Versiyon.
I get the following error when I want to upload a file to the document management. I just created the existing document class. When I select a legacy document class, the file is transferred.
Question

+32You should compare the document repository information for the document class that works and the class that does not work. Do they use the same FTP server and settings?
If the File Reference was created, despite the error, can you see what the file name is there? (not the file name on your client, the file name in the database). I mean, it does complain about the file name…

I created a folder with the same class name on the FTP server, the problem is fixed. Thanks.

Can you explain how creating a folder with the class name solved the problem? There is nothing in the system that requires the document class name being part of the path.
