Hi members,

I have been using the function “  Edm_File_Sign_Util_API.Sign_Pdf_File_Vis_By_File” to attach a digital signature to a EDM file in DOCMAN.

Now, we have a parameter in this function to assign a Signature to a particular page number, how can i dynamically get the last page number of a pdf file in document revision.

Hi @kushal

Try this link How to find number of pages of PDF file in BLOB column. Also it should be possible to get the number of pages of a PDF from a macro scrip but I am not sure how to pass that information to the DB side.

Thanks.

Aside from clever hacks like what @Amila Samarasinghe wrote about above, I would suggest you file a request about this being added to this functionality. That is, that you should be able to tell the signer to sign the last page.

Hi @Amila Samarasinghe  thank you for your time in answering my query.

This was a great help but, right now I am unable to locate the file in the DB side and have posted a separate help on this.
it would be great if you can have a look into this as well.
