APPS10 - Enable debug console for custom permission set

Hi,

Does anyone know how to grant the debug console to a custom profile?

I have created a low-level permission set and certain RMB function’s don’t appear so need to look in the debug console to see what is restricted but when I login using the permission set against my user I don’t have the option to start the debug console.

Any help greatly appreciated.
