We have a MWO user that has some odd time reports being put onto a task after he has entered time and completed the work, when Tech entered his hours things are fine as soon as he completes the work task on his device a time report appears in the IFS system and on his device differently.
Let say the Tech has reported 2 hrs and completes work task,on device it shows 15 hrs and in IFS also it shows 15 Hrs.
The Tech is not using any tools in the Task, why there is discrepancies in Time Reporting.
