Could you please go to Setup IFS Connect on your system and under Connector Readers and Connector Senders you will discover FTP sender and FTP reader details. In those sections, you can see the configured USER and PASSWORD. It would be ideal if you check the user credentials are right.

Hi Pankaj,
Happy New Year!
Does that FTP user is available on the server where FTP is hosted? If you are creating new user credentials then that user should have access for the FTP site on the server which FTP has been created. Could you please make sure that?
Yes, I have checked all the above thing, that is present and working.
But when I extract the data from that detail it is not worked.
Thanks & Regards
Pankaj
Hi Pankaj,
Just to make sure that we both are on the same page. As you have mentioned when accessing the FTP directly you can log in to the FTP site and preview the files in it. But when you try it through the Application you cannot log in to FTP and you are getting the username/password failed error as mentioned in the Forum?
If you don't mind could you please recheck the configurations on FTP reader and FTP sender on the Application side. (FTP site, user credentials, ports. etc)
Sorry for the delay in response. Could you please open the debug console and redo the FTP connection through the IFS Application and show me the error stack you get on debug console. You may open the debug console through any of the below short keys,
