I’m trying to create cash account, but system raised this error message

“Not a valid IBAN account number.”

please advise

@Nagah.khaled Enter your IBAN number in this external site and see whether it is accepted.

If this works, you have to register the IBAN country in IBAN Validation window.

Hi,

The bank account you enter must be in IBAN format, should start with country code and exact number of digits in this country , like

PL 60 3940 2030 0000 3940 0349 4444

That example is not correct, this is only example, but you should enter the real existing bank account to validate.
