User Permssions/Groups in PSO vaish after upgrade

Hi all

 

We have a customer using FSM (6.22 build 8362) and PSO (6.10.0.13). Previous to upgrading they could see the group the user was a member of, however it appears that during the upgrade Admin group has been dissociated form the users but weirdly they kept the admin rights. This is the same for viewable datasets, The solution used was to add 'viewAllDataSets' permission to the default set which seems to work. Still, the sudden change without any traceable mention in the change log  is worrying - same applies to Admin groups removal. Is there a known bug that could cause this change during the upgrade ?

Hi Keith,

If the customer has an export of the system settings before the upgrade and you are able to reproduce it, would you be able to raise a support case to investigate it further.
