Hi,

We configured one Global Commit Rule with the following parameters, nevertheless it’s not committing any activity. Is something wrong with the rule? Or do we need to set anything else?

Best regards,

After configuration changes, it will usually require a service restart or a new load to be sent it. Please refer to the attached administration guide for further information

Thanks

Phil

Hi,

Could you change the Logoff Uncommit”  rule parameter to 30 and check?

Best regards,

Hi all,

I don’t know why but after restarting the applications at PSO, it started to work.

Is it mandatory to restart applications after changing any configuration at commit rules

Best regards,
