Unable to create new Incident

Hi, Could you please assist why it is not allowed to save the created new incident even the mandatory fields are entered?

Hi Rivindu,

Incident Class should also be mandatory to create Incident. I am not sure why it is not showing mandatory for you. Please add Incident Class as well while creating new Incident.

Hi @vickyrohilya ,

Thank you. The incident class is already a mandatory field. But as it is a read-only field, it is not visible in the pop up at the right side.
