A customer is in need to update routings in mass when they are associated to a template. They have tried to update the routings using an EFA but that has broken the link to the template.
This customer has many routing templates and routings to update and want to know what the easier methods are and whether there are any tools to get this done easily.
I appreciate your opinions on this matter so that I can provide the better options to the customer to fulfill their request.
