PSO : When manual Schedule to validate Skills

Forum|alt.badge.img+15

Hi Team,

We are looking at some mechanism to understand the violations happening when manually dragging activity to a technician.

Examples: Technician doesn’t have the skill, but the Scheduler manually drags the task on the technician & Fixes the Resource. But, as a scheduler, they wouldn’t know the violation of skills. Is there anyway configuration or mechanism to highlight this to the user to see violation.

Hi Chandan,

A way of doing this has been added in the 6.12 release of PSO which should be available next month.

Thanks,

Reece
