NEXT_AUTH_PUR_ORDER not triggering in Cloud

Hi, 

Event NEXT_AUTH_PUR_ORDER is not triggering in Cloud 22R1.

I have enabled standard event action to send an email as well as I set up another event (Execute Online SQL) to throw an error. But when releasing PO, none of them seems to be triggering.

Any idea why? Is there any system parameter or additional set up to make it work?

This is sorted by scheduling events. Cloud version no longer send emails individually and do it as a scheduled job.
