I am currently looking at a way to implement an extra day’s Holiday entitlement for employees with more than 20 year’s service.
The maximum limit I can generate at the moment is 25 days. I am trying to raise this to 26.
The HOL absence limit considers the assignment type in the employee record:
The maximum work time value is 1, Ideally I’d assume that I would be able to increase this to 1.04 but IFS doesn’t allow that.
So my question is, where is the figure of 25 days coming from? Is this a default value in IFS? Is it generated from a calendar?
