kindly i am facing an error when running a report with business reporter , it happens since 2 months. our ERP is IFS10 IPD11 hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud. how it can be fixed.

It is better if you can raise an case to IFS Support if you believe that you have set up the basic data and running the steps correctly. I did some knowledge check with some of the previous IFS cases. This error can pop up due to various reasons and some are bugs in the system.
And there is a already a case logged for the same issue. Therefore, please raise an case to IFS Support.
