Complementary parts with Work orders

Hi Bayda,

Do you refer to the complementary sales parts to be used in Work Orders? Could you please add more information about the business requirement as well.

Hi Eresha,  

Thank you for your response. We already use the complementray parts (a parent part with another suggested child part) in the customer orders and sales quaotion. Now we want to use these parts also in the Work order. Sometime we use the partent part and we forget to add the child part. So it will be great if we could use the cmplementary functionality in the Work orders also.

Or mayby you have another suggestion! so please let me know.

I’m sorry. Unfortunately in work order this kind of functionality is not available and we haven’t received such request as well. But its interesting to understand the business requirement on this.

If you prefer this as a valid business requirement please create a request which can be evaluated.
