Is there any other posting control can accomodate my requirement instead of posting to M24?

Hi,
Yes, this flows to M24. Typically, you would configure M24 to book that transaction as needed. Posting control is very configurable you should be able to establish the appropriate rules for the correct posting. For example, for xyz condition book this transaction (M24) to the appropriate account, else book the M24 to COGS account. It’s just set up and the “art” of working through the numerous options.
If you can’t define an appropriate rule, you always have the option for pre-posting.
