Do you think there is any possible way to modify the date applied of an inventory transaction once the Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period is run?

Hi Dharshankumaar,

I don’t think this is possible. Remember that the Aggregation job of Inventory Transactions is considering the Date Applied to accumulate the values of inventory transactions in each period. If this change is enabled, then Inventory Statistics should then be removed and a new Aggregation job should be run again up to the period of oldest modified date. This would then destroy all the previous analysis done with such previous statistics, giving uncertainty of previous values.

On the other side, Date Applied is also considered to include the amounts in General Ledger accounts in each period.

I hope this clarifies your question.

Regards,

Pilar
