Meet the Heroes!

@Rusiru is a Senior Software Engineer at IFS, working in the Sri Lanka office for the Global Technology Support team. He’s been with IFS almost 5 years.

@Himasha Kapugeekiyanage is a software engineer, working for global support in IFS. He’s been with the company since 2017. 

He’s currently leading the group, as the hero with the most replies marked as “best answer” so far! 

@Banu Liyanapathirana is a senior software engineer, working for IFS global support since 2014. He’s an expert in Foundation1 and Technology. 

@Charith E is a Senior Systems Engineer, working as a technical support consultant. He’s been with IFS since 2016. 

@amila is a Senior Software Engineer, working with IFS for over 5 years. 

@binura92 is a Software Engineer with IFS on the GSO Technology Team , working in Sri Lanka for just over 2 years. 

@KasunBalasooriya joined IFS in 2016, and has been working as a Senior Software Engineer in our global support organization. 

@Björn Hultgren is a Principle Business Systems Analyst, working with IFS for over 12 years. He’s our most senior hero thus far, having working in a variety of consulting and analyst positions since starting with IFS in 2007.

@Isuru Wijeratna is a Senior Software Engineer with IFS. He’s been with IFS for nearly 5 years. Additionally, he’s a trainer for IFS Academy. 

@dsj is Damith Janiasena, a Technical Consultant with EVRY. He’s been working on IFS technologies (applications and framework) for the past 9 years.

@durette is Kevin Durette, an IFS applications user with 11+ years of IFS experience. He was the very 1st hero in the community, posting tons of replies and answering many member questions. 

@DHPALK is Dhanushki Pahathkumbure, a Senior Business Systems Analyst for IFS, working with the FSM team. She’s been with IFS for nearly 6 years, several of which were as a project support coordinator  for FSM customers. She’s also worked in FSM training and was an integral part of the IFS community launch team, helping to design this community!

@Charith is a Senior Software Engineer at IFS, working in Sri Lanka. 

@Savinda Suvimal is a Team Lead for IFS. He’s been with IFS for nearly 9 years and has held titles as a Lead Software Engineer as well as Technical Consultant. 

@Minoshini Fonseka is our newest hero! She’s a Senior Software Engineer, working with the GSO Technology Team. She’s been with IFS for over 5 years. 

@CallumW is an IFS user, working as an IFS Administrator with Dermal Laboratories (formerly Volac). He’s been working with IFS Applications since 2016. 

@JULIAN is an IFS user, working for Maersk Supply Service. He’s been working with Maersk for over 10 years, with the most recent title being process lead and solution architect EAM. 

@Mathias Dahl has been with IFS for 21 years. From consultant to software engineer, to architect, his knowledge of IFS makes him one of our community’s best resources. It’s only fitting he be recognized as a hero!

@ChanakaAmarasekara has been with IFS since 2002, and has worked on designing and developing almost all of the frameworks and features you use! Hero status was inevitable!

@Sandun Madola has been working for IFS since 2017, with the Global Support Operations Technology team in Sri Lanka. 

@sampathsris is one of our founding community members. As part of the launch team, he was integral in the design and launching of the IFS Community. But that’s not his day job! He’s been with IFS almost 10 years, currently working as a Senior Software Engineer. 

@NickPorter works for Ensign-Bickford Industries, as the Global Director for Enterprise Applications. As a former IFS employee, Nick worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for over 11 years. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge and experience with the community!

Welcome @shallk , Shehan Almeida, to hero status! Shehan works for IFS in the Sri Lanka office, as a Senior Business System Analyst. Thank you for your contributions!

Another customer makes the ranks of hero, as @MikeArbon joins us! Mike works as a Corporate Database Administrator for Vitec Group, Plc. As he shared in the Introduce Yourself topic, Mike has been supporting IFS instances for the past 15 years, working on Oracle databases for over 20! Just a tad bit more bragging rights, Mike has applied over 282 IFS patches across three versions. Thank you for sharing your experiences with the community, Mike!

@johnw66 also joins us as a customer in hero status. He’s a DBA/Database Developer for Tenmat Limited, located in the UK. John has been quick to respond to questions, racking up best answers. Thank you for your contributions, John! We’re lucky to have you.
