Hi, I just create a test DB from PROD and install new IFS application run on TEST db but can not see,use custom Items. How can I do this.
I think you will need to provide a bit more detail on what you have done and how in order for us to be able to help you with what may have gone wrong.
If needed you should be able to engage with your local IFS contact or Partner and get some assistance on some best practices on how to clone your Production environment into a new Test environment.
