We are using IFS MWO Service 10 on ipad device and having trouble to transfer signed by customer service report to IFS backoffice (as an attachement?). Could one advice on that?

Are you saying that should be possible Vinu? As far as I know we can only use the browsers ‘Share’ function, but not actually save it as an attachment on the task.

No, we do not get error message, we just do not know how to execute this. One told me it should be possible by browser function ‘copy’ signed service report on mobile device (save it on ipad) and then add this copied service report as an attachment to the service report on mobile device and after that return finished task with the attachment to backoffice. The problem is that copied service report in the html format is not possible to add as document attachment to service report… Can you advice basing on my description?
