Question

Engineering Part to Equipment Object

Forum|alt.badge.img+7

When looking at the Engineering Part Navigator I can see the Engineering  Revision for the structure that am reviewing.  When I create an equipment object I provide a Part No: for the piece of equipment.

How do I know the Engineering Revision for the Part that is linked to the Equipment?

clint1028,

Not sure, but is MRO and Fleet Operations\Fleet and Asset Management\Serialized Configuration\Serials (in IFS10) helpful?

Regards,

Steve

Thanks for the response Steve …

Fleet and Asset Management might be the answer:

But none of my current Engineering Part’s or Equipment Object’s show up when I query for them.  It is populated with RACE data but all the Part Rev:  show as *.

So I am still searching for my original question:

How do I know the Engineering Revision for the Part that is linked to the Equipment?
