Print Manager 'Invoice' jobs in status 'Inactive'

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

In IFS Cloud 22R2 we have in Print Manager ‘Invoicing’ jobs in status ‘Inactive’

The ‘restart’ option is available.

What does this status mean?

What will the restart trigger?

Hi @arjenheijboer,

The status Inactive means that a Print Job is not created yet! When the Restart option get chosen, it will trigger to create a Print Job again.

Is Restart option available for the print jobs in status Inactive? If so, proceed with that option and it will trigger to create a Print Job again.

Hi, We saw that the invoices that are sent, not printed, get status inactive in print manager.

Normally, this happens when the print job creation has some issues. So, what you have to do is try to restart that print job again through the Print Manager window.
